1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return products for a refund or exchange if they meet the following conditions:

Unused and Unopened: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and unopened.

Within the Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Returnable Products: Eligible items include non-prescription medicines, over-the-counter products, health supplements, and other non-perishable items. Note: Due to safety and health regulations, prescription medicines, perishable goods, and personal care products are not eligible for return.
 

2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Prescription medicines
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
Perishable goods (e.g., food items with a short shelf-life)
Personal care items (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, hygiene products)
 

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Refunds and Processing Time
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), a store credit or bank transfer option will be provided.
Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-6 business days of receiving the returned item and completing a quality check.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect product).
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
